How should I prepare my hair for your appointment?
We prefer clean, de-tangled, and air-dried hair. Cleansing your hair prior to your hair appointment is equivalent to brushing your teeth before going to the dentist. It's also important for us to see your hair in its natural state. If your hair is matted and tangled into a lock we will cancel your appointment unless you are requesting a big chop.
Why do I have to use my credit card to book an appointment?
We require a deposit for all appointments. Sometimes people are unwilling to show up for their appointments and that is just a waste of our time. Especially when someone else could have that appointment.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a 24-hour notice. Your deposit may be applied one time toward a future appointment. If there are no-shows or if we are given notice less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit is forfeited. Credits are not refunds and are valid for only one rescheduled appointment. If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled or missed, the credit is forfeited.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled by clicking any of the "Schedule An Appointment" buttons located on the site.
Do you offer services for kids?
Yes, we don't have age or gender pricing. All ages and genders are welcome and the pricing is the same and listed on the website. We only ask for children to be able to sit still and be respectful. If your child is sensitive to brushing and detangling, we recommend waiting until they are ready.
